Managing Director
A true tourism professional. With more than 19 years of PR experience and long-term partnership at Lueers/Faust Partner PR she took over the agency in January 2021 – the outcome is Faust Concept PR.

Each client is dear to her heart. Always taking the extra step. Pro-active to achieve the best results for her clients.
Media, clients and her team equally value her open, likeable and honest nature.
Her eye for aesthetics, skilled by her training as a photographer, benefits her daily business.

She has a slight weakness for flamingos. They are considered as spirit animals and stand for composure and concentration. One can find a few accessories with flamingo print on her desk like mousepad or coffee mug. It's quirky shape and the colourful feathers ensure good vibes during the day.
Vivien Wagner
Account Manager
Vivien is the creative one.
Her press releases are kept in mind. She knows where and how to place good stories.
With presentations and on social media she can let her creativity run free.
She enjoys exchanging ideas with the media and takes dedicated care of their requests.

Besides the office she is known as "clean up police" – no closet is safe from her.
The whole team can tell you a thing or two about that.
Ana-Maria Resar
Office Manager
Ana-Maria keeps the office running. She ensures that all appointments are kept in mind.

She knows how to get the most coveted table in the restaurant, the nicest hotel room and the best seat on the plane.
​In addition, you can always find yummy snacks in her desk drawer. In her spare time she likes to paint and spends hours in galleries and museums.
Marcus Zwecker
Controlling and Reporting
Marcus is our haven of calm. Even when things get hectic, he stays cool. He keeps an eye on the budget, prepares the reports and always keeps our database up to date.
When Marcus is not busy with facts and figures, he enjoys exploring nature and is passionate about sports.
He's losing his keys once in a while, but his good karma always brings them back to him.
Inya
Full-time cuddler
When she is not doing her full-time cuddling activities, she supports the team with all four paws.
