Vestige Collection is a new family-owned hotel group featuring an impressive portfolio of unique boutique hotels and private residences. Rooted in Asturias—a lush, rugged region in northern Spain—the family-run company sees itself as a guardian of architecture and culture, making history in its own right with a clear vision: to rescue historic buildings from decay and give them a new future.

Each property is meticulously restored in collaboration with a selected team of experts, with passionate enthusiasm and respect for authenticity. Contemporary design and fine art are harmoniously woven into each project, always with deep reverence for the character, history, and surroundings of the place. The result is a collection of unparalleled destinations in magical settings—crafted for unforgettable moments. For now and for the future, in keeping with the Vestige philosophy: “History is only the beginning.”

Vestige Collection encompasses fincas, palaces, and manor houses that have been thoughtfully and tastefully transformed into 21st-century boutique hotels and private estates. The range extends from abandoned 13th-century castles to modernist buildings from the early 20th century—many of them listed monuments—set amid some of Spain’s most breathtaking landscapes.

Since the opening of its first private residence, Palacio de Figueras in Asturias in 2022, Vestige has successfully launched its first boutique hotel, Son Vell in Menorca, in 2023. This was followed by Son Ermità, the second boutique hotel—one of two sister properties within a single estate in northern Menorca. The portfolio of private residences currently includes, in addition to Palacio de Figueras, Santa Ana, a rural finca on Menorca, and Miramar, an elegant palace in the heart of Palma, Mallorca.

Upcoming openings include Binidufa, the sister hotel to Son Ermità in Menorca, and Son Veri, an elegant estate in the heart of Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains, along with two exclusive newly built villas on Formentera and the brand’s first international properties—a collection of four extraordinary new lodges in Namibia.

What makes Vestige Collection unique in the hospitality world is its versatile in-house team overseeing every stage of project development. Comprising architects, interior and landscape designers, and estate managers, this team ensures a cohesive aesthetic and brand experience while honoring the individual story, style, and setting of each property.

In terms of design, each refuge is adorned with modern artworks, antique furnishings from the family collection, and bespoke contemporary pieces conceived in Vestige’s own studio and crafted by a small team of artisans on Menorca. The art showcased throughout Vestige Collection is nothing short of spectacular.
